The Wharf at Point Loma, America's Cup Harbor
The Wharf at Point Loma Marina comprises a commercial and marina development on waterfront property in San Diego's America's Cup Harbor. Phase one contains 20,000 square-feet of commercial space, including restaurants, retail, marine sales and offices and marine support functions. The project has the feel of a working waterfront--the building structures are a combination of heavy timber with galvanized steel fittings, and finishes are sheet metal siding and roofing with lots of glass area for visibility and views.

Phase two includes a 10,000 square-foot building, creating a continuous 10-foot-wide public promenade along the water's edge to connect with neighboring developments, a destination 16,000 square-foot public park, and 13,000 square-feet of additional multi-use open space.

Future development of the site envisions an additional 20,000 square-feet of new mixed-use space, possibly including support facilities for San Diego's commercial fishing fleet.
