Mountlake Terrace Civic Campus
Miller Hull, along with the firm EDAW, completed a civic facilities space needs assessment and civic center and recreation pavilion master plan. The civic center project, including city administration
offices, council chambers, public meeting rooms, a new police headquarters, and a new community center, is planned as the anchor project and a catalyst for the city’s new town center master plan. As part
of the master plan, our team was asked to evaluate the existing recreation pavilion and public pool facility and to generate an early schematic design concept for a new 73,000 square-foot facility.
